Lost

[lost]

Dark, Expansive, Emotional.

Vocals soaring and intertwining in intricate four part textures. Elaborate guitars diverging and merging with shimmering sequences of blips and samples; strings and piano, exponentially broadening the sonic canvas, whilst powerful earth shattering drums and bass destroy the monotony of conventional rhythms and time signatures.

This is [lost]

A force of undeniable musical and lyrical talent, sharply dressed, deeply emotive. [lost] are a young Dublin-based modern-rock quartet, with an average age of 20. The collective brainchild of: Daragh Anderson: vocalist, guitarist, pianist and electro-manipulator. Alan Greene: Guitar-Virtuoso, vocalist, and pianist. Stephen Burke: Bassist, and vocalist, and Paul Reilly: Drummer, vocalist, xylophone and glockenspiel player. The interplay between each instrument is structured with architectural precision and the fusion of various parts of contrasting styles, such as the hard-hitting melodies and structuralisms of rock, the intelligent and progressive theoretics and counter point of classical music, and the gritty electronia and head pounding rhythmic juxtapositions of techno; A blissful equilibrium of immense energy and tranquility. [lost]'s live show speaks for itself, with intensely energetic, interactive, awe-inspiring performances, and breathtakingly emotional expressions of the heart.

[lost] formed in march 2002, with the intent of creating music that defines their place in an oversaturated over-hyped industry. True intelligent music for true music fans.
